Well a year has passed, insanly quickly I might add, and it was filled with generally pretty bad news. Personally for me I was lucky and have to say it was a very good year for me and so I figure I'd share a little German tradition with you
For new year, we have a weird tradition, wich basicly is to watch a 30 year old sketch, filmed in english and black & white! How weird is that?!? Anyway, the sketch is called "Dinner for One" and is always aired multiple times during New Years Eve. So for a little laugh and a very odd but great german tradition, just follow the links, for part one and two of the classic.

UPDATE: It's 2007 in Germany and I can say that I arrived savely and now am drunk (bottle of veuve clicquot, very yummy btw!) and smelling of gunpowder from 20 rockets I fired As prrof I have this little photo below. I wish it was better, but my tripod broke and thats the best I could manage drunk and freehand Anyway be save guys, have a great new year 2007 and spend some quality time with your loved ones I'm gonna go and wait for my handover while I sleep
